  My name is Kim Ellis and i have  children...i go to school for insurance billing and work a part time job....i usually have everything togetther but this month i have fallen short on my rent...i get no help from the state of  fl...and i feel at this time there are other people that need it more than i do... i get child support but my ex husband has moved back to south carolina and it will be a week or two before I get their child support...that is what has me off this month...I  really need help...thank you for your time and listening..
